Join us for a Pop up Adoption event at the Pet Supplies Plus in Wicker Park from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. We will be hosting open meet & greets where you can meet some of our adorable cats and kittens looking for their forever homes. Whether you're considering adoption or just want to spend some time with our furry friends, we'd love to see you. Come by, fall in love, and maybe find your new best friend. In-kind donations are also gratefully accepted during this time

It's Kitten Naming Time!

It's time for our little Orange Man and his sweet sister, little Miss Tux, to finally get their official names!

We’re hosting a kitten naming fundraiser, and we need your help finding the perfect names for these cuties! Here’s how it works:

✨ Donate $5.00 for EACH name you suggest PER kitten at the following link https://bit.ly/KittenNaming
✨ Be sure to put which kitten and the name you are choosing in the Donation Note box: eg Orange Kitten - Laiko, Black Kitten - Katinas
✨ Your name and the name(s) you choose will be entered into a random drawing. You can enter as many times as you would like
✨ The winning names will be randomly chosen on Monday, Aug 26th at 8:00pm CST and given to our precious kittens!

**Please note: We never use the same name twice. So if you choose a name that we have used in the past, we will ask you to provide us with a new one. Please do not choose any political or vulgar names.

Here are the two sibling kittens needing names- The orange kitten is a male and the black & white kitten is a female.

Dog Paw Painting Pawty

Why paint your pet when your pet can paint for you? That’s right! Whiskers & Tails Rescue Foundation is hosting our annual “Paw Painting” party, where your dog can create their own unique masterpiece. This fundraiser is a heartfelt way to commemorate your love for your pet with a lasting and sentimental piece of art.
 
Join us at Pet Supplies Plus - Wicker Park 1289 N. Milwaukee Ave (the parking lot is in the back of the store off of Milwaukee & Paulina), where we’ll provide a large 16x20 canvas and a selection of pet-safe, non-toxic paint colors for your dog’s paws. We’ll have plenty of space with drop cloths spread out so everyone can enjoy creating their masterpiece. Afterward, your dog can rinse off in one of our doggie pools—soap and towels provided. Please note: while the paint might temporarily stain your dog’s paw pads or fur, it will fade in a few days.
 
This event is always a fantastic time! To guarantee your canvas, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as supplies are limited. You can arrive anytime between 11:00 am and 2:45 pm. Please note the latest arrival time is 2:45 pm, as the event concludes at 3:00 pm, and we want your pup to have plenty of time to create their art.

You can park in the parking lot in the back of the Pet Supplies Plus store. You can enter the parking lot just off of Milwaukee & Paulina (by Jewel 1341 N. Paulina) or just off of Ashland (by Lowe's 1360 N. Ashland)
