Billy is a super playful 4yr old. He is a little shy at first when meeting people, but when he gets comfortable in his surroundings, you will see how extremely loving and playful this guy is. He truly has the energy of a kitten. Give him a play mouse and a cat tree and he'll act like it's Christmas over and over again. Billy would do well as the only cat in the household or a friend for a cat already in the home. Because he can be a little shy at first he would do best in a child free home or a home with older, respectful children. No dogs.
